Position Overview:

As a Clinical Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging communication between our Residential staff and Counselors. Your daily interactions with youth will involve providing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the Residential team and Counseling professionals.
  • Engage directly with youth, delivering therapeutic support on a daily basis.
  • Oversee the admissions and discharge processes for residents within our facilities.
  • Facilitate treatment meetings and consultations to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate closely with the Assistant Director of Clinical Services.
  • Exhibit flexibility, organization, patience, and a commitment to the treatment of young individuals.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $52,000.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's Degree in a relevant social services field.
  • A program that qualifies for clinical licensure pursuit.
  • A willingness to seek licensure with provided supervision.
  • Prior counseling experience.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with youth is required.
