Responsibilities



Your Key Responsibilities:


• Organize and oversee clinical placements for polysomnographic technology students.

• Maintain regular communication with clinical partners through newsletters to share essential clinical updates.

• Monitor student progress to ensure they meet clinical objectives.

• Collaborate with the Program Director to improve clinical laboratory resources and equipment.

• Assist in acquiring new clinical partners and orienting preceptors.

• Document site visits and conduct audits to uphold quality standards.

• Provide support to students during clinical hours for problem-solving.

• Participate in ongoing training, classroom instruction, and evaluation activities.

• Attend advisory board meetings, demonstrating your commitment to program excellence.


• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications



Essential Qualifications:



• One of the following is required:
o High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), plus 6 months of direct patient care; OR
o 1 Year of post-secondary education.

• Must hold a current, unencumbered polysomnographic technician license in the state of employment (may be temporary).

• Must fulfill all regulatory and corporate qualifications.

• Previous teaching experience is preferred.
