Position Overview:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in RF Coil technology, you will play a crucial role within the Global Procurement Team at Philips International. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to navigate market challenges and enhance our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and modify designs across various medical products, including MR, Ultrasound, Cathlabs, and CT systems.
- Conduct thorough concept and feasibility assessments to ensure innovative solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed designs to facilitate clear communication and compliance.
- Ensure seamless integration of components within modular designs that adhere to product specifications.
- Guarantee that design modules comply with necessary certification standards.
- Engage in the identification of testing and design standards.
- Create personal schedules and provide regular progress updates.
- Contribute to the planning and Work Breakdown Structure of your projects.
- Stay informed about the latest technical advancements in your field through research and professional networking.
- Uphold the reputation of our products and company by adhering to relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to facilitate design transfers and resolve queries.
- Demonstrate proficiency in component selection and de-rating analysis.

Team Collaboration:
You will be an integral part of the Engineering & Procurement cross-functional team, focusing on R&D knowledge transfer, localization, and global project transfers throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in advanced electrical design methods and tools, including CAD and simulation software.
- Strong background in power electronics and high voltage systems, along with knowledge of digital and analog circuits.
- Familiarity with electrical hardware testing is a plus.
- Expertise in value engineering and design techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware domains.
- Exposure to international medical quality and regulatory standards such as IEC, FDA, UL, CE, CSA, and BIS is preferred.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate ideas.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality in design and documentation.
