Team Dynamics:
You will be an integral part of the Engineering & Procurement cross-functional team, which is responsible for the transfer of R&D knowledge, localization efforts, and global project transfers from Idea to Market (I2M), Market to Order (M2O), and Order to Customer (O2C).

Performance Indicators:
Your success will be measured through various KPIs, including new part development, BOM savings, reverse engineering, value engineering initiatives, and participation in global product and parts transfers, all while contributing innovative cost-saving ideas to support procurement processes.

Qualifications:
- A completed engineering degree (BE/BTech/ME/MTech) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge methods and tools (CAD/simulation) utilized in electrical design.
- Expertise in power electronics and high voltage systems, along with knowledge of digital electronics, analog circuits, and antenna design.
- Understanding of analog amplifiers and electrical hardware testing is advantageous.
- Experience in value addition and value engineering practices.
- Proficient in design techniques, application domains, and engineering principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware boundaries.
- Exposure to international medical quality and regulatory standards such as IEC, FDA, UL, CE, CSA, and BIS is preferred.
- A disciplined team player who can also work independently.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and persuade project team members.
- Highly organized and structured in approach.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- A commitment to quality in design and documentation.
