As a Graphics Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for comprehending the graphics pipeline, design functionalities, and verification methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:
- Grasping the GPU pipeline and microarchitecture.
- Conducting performance assessments of the Adreno core utilizing graphics benchmarks and peak throughput metrics.

- Evaluating bandwidth and latency effects on performance while collaborating with the design team to optimize throughput within specified constraints.

- Investigating advanced verification and testbench acceleration techniques in partnership with EDA vendors.
Successful candidates will collaborate with global design, systems, and software teams to meet project objectives. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will engage with an industry-leading graphics architecture and gain insights into designs shaping future AR/VR solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering or a similar role.
OR

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering or a similar role.

OR

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 1+ year of experience in Hardware Engineering or a similar role.


Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in design verification.
- Senior roles will be offered to candidates with demonstrated expertise in the relevant domain.

Industry Experience with Required Skills:
- Proficient in System Verilog/UVM based verification methodologies and experience with assertion and coverage-based verification techniques.
- Familiarity with formal/static verification methods is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of low power design principles.
- Knowledgeable in low power SoC design elements such as clock gates, level shifters, isolation cells, and state retention cells.
- Experience with UPF/CPF based power-aware verification.
- Familiarity with Synopsys NLP (native Low Power) tools.
- Working knowledge of GLS, PAGLS, and scripting languages such as Perl and Python is a plus.

Education Requirements:
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or VLSI from a recognized university, preferably with distinction.
