We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:
  • Lead the implementation of Klaritylaw with enterprise customers, driving successful adoption and growth.
  • Identify and drive new use cases based on customer needs, leveraging your expertise in Finance and Accounting.
  • Develop and evolve the Customer Success playbook for AI transformation, ensuring seamless integration with our solutions.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure successful customer engagement, adoption, and growth, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles with Enterprise customers, with a proven track record of successful software/SaaS implementations.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise Finance and Accounting systems, with the ability to break down technical requirements for engineers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and teammates, with a focus on ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving.
