About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and ensuring that our enterprise customers realize the full value of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and goals.

  • Work closely with our sales and account teams to develop and execute customer success plans, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, helping them to maximize the value of our products and solutions.

  • Identify and mitigate potential customer risks, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied and successful.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer success strategies, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

  • Monitor and report on customer success metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of driving customer success in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer needs, with experience in developing and executing customer success plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Gainsight or Salesforce, and a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.
