About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and ensuring that our enterprise customers realize the full value of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
Work closely with our sales and account teams to develop and execute customer success plans, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Provide expert guidance and support to customers, helping them to maximize the value of our products and solutions.
Identify and mitigate potential customer risks, ensuring that customers remain satisfied and engaged with our products.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer success strategies, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Monitor and report on customer health and success metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
Experience working with complex SaaS products and solutions, with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with customer success tools and technologies, such as Gainsight or Salesforce.
