Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Connection, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. With your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing targeted sales strategies, and executing plans to achieve revenue targets.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced IT Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Benefits and CompensationWe offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
