Business Development Leader

We're seeking a talented Team Manager to lead our Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, and Freight Flow teams in New Hampshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve member satisfaction and loyalty, leading high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Main Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and optimize operations through collaboration with business partners
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge
• Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
• Build strong relationships with team members and business partners to achieve shared objectives
Qualifications
• 2 or more years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years' military experience
Benefits and Compensation
As a Team Manager at Sam's Club, you'll enjoy competitive pay, performance-based bonus awards, and a range of great benefits, including health benefits, financial benefits, paid time off, and short-term and long-term disability. The annual salary range for this position is $62,000.00-$84,000.00. You may also be eligible for additional compensation based on location.
