Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare departmental acquisition operations in support of the Department of State Hospitals (DSH).
  • Work independently with project/contract managers and analysts, Department of General Services (DGS) procurement personnel, various program representatives and vendors to facilitate non-IT acquisitions.
  • Conduct continuous quality improvement drills and monitor compliance.
  • Assist in the development of departmental procurement manuals, policies, and training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a related field, such as business administration or public policy.
  • Experience in public sector procurement and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
