Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Cambria Hotel Plano-Frisco, TX. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner, register and assign rooms, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage guest reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate effectively with other hotel departments.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient front office operation.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Hospitality customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize; experience with relevant brand-specific PMS; and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
This is a full-time position that requires standing for long periods of time and may involve lifting up to 40 pounds. The work environment is inside, with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
