We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive timely support and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include managing order fulfillment processes and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner using our SAP accounting and CRM systems, overseeing the order lifecycle from entry to invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the successful completion of customer orders.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding project details, including inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order completion timelines.
  • Engage daily with various departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Technical Support to facilitate smooth operations and in-person collaboration.
  • Oversee large projects, including planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, and problem resolution.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or order management; office experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and diplomacy when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of working effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
