Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients.
  • Oversee front counter operations and manage incoming inquiries.
  • Assist customers with order processing, payments, and delivery arrangements.
  • Facilitate in-store financing applications and keep clients informed about their orders.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization as necessary.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting hourly/salary range of $23.50/hr.
