Position: Automotive Service Receptionist/Cashier
Full-Time Role: 5-Day Work Week - 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions related to services and parts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately reconcile customer bills and process payments via cash, checks, and credit cards.
- Provide change and issue receipts to customers.
- Address customer complaints with professionalism and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organize repair orders, parts invoices, and rental documentation.
- Close all outstanding invoices and reconcile gas purchase statements.
- Support the service and parts departments by answering phone calls and providing clerical assistance.
- Collaborate with department managers to stay updated on new products and services.
- Uphold a professional appearance and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
