Opportunity:
As a Client Relations Manager within our esteemed John Hancock Life Insurance Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels to our clients regarding their 401k Defined Contribution Plans.

This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of 401k retirement products and processes to effectively address and resolve complex inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely respond to all incoming inquiries from clients, brokers, and Third-Party Administrators while adhering to service standards.
  • Offer detailed information regarding retirement account specifics, transactions, products, and application statuses.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in operations by addressing escalated customer concerns.
  • Utilize leadership capabilities to contribute towards team objectives.
  • Employ computer-based systems to resolve intricate issues.
  • Establish and meet client expectations for timely issue resolution.
  • Refer complicated matters to Team Leaders for further evaluation.
  • Recognize the significance of metrics, quality, and engagement on overall business performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in 401k Retirement products.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced understanding of business operations, processes, services, and internal protocols.
