The Lead Client Relationship Manager orchestrates the tactical implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies, both integrated and digital, while maintaining a keen awareness of the agency-client dynamic.

This position requires the ability to cultivate and integrate strategic planning capabilities within the broader framework of account oversight.


The Lead Client Relationship Manager collaborates closely with Project Management Office (PMO), Creative teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to leverage data and insights, ensuring the creation of robust project plans.

As a primary liaison for clients and/or agency collaborators, this role spearheads the formulation of campaigns and project blueprints, providing daily support for extensive strategic initiatives alongside the Account Supervisor and/or Account Director.


The Lead Client Relationship Manager is responsible for discerning and fulfilling client requirements while aligning with internal protocols to guarantee the successful initiation, management, and execution of all related projects.

This encompasses leading client presentations, facilitating internal project discussions, and engaging in a highly collaborative environment with a large account team.
