This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of retirement solutions and processes to effectively address and resolve complex inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely respond to all incoming inquiries from clients, brokers, and Third-Party Administrators in accordance with service standards.
- Offer detailed information regarding retirement account specifics, transactions, products, and application statuses.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in operations by addressing escalated client concerns.
- Utilize leadership capabilities to contribute towards team objectives.
- Employ computer-based systems to navigate and resolve intricate issues.
- Establish and manage client expectations for issue resolution within designated timeframes.
- Escalate complex matters to Team Leaders for further evaluation.
- Recognize the influence of metrics, quality, and engagement on overall business performance.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in retirement product management.
- Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Advanced understanding of business operations, processes, services, and internal protocols.
