  • Timely respond to all incoming inquiries from clients, brokers, and Third-Party Administrators in accordance with service standards.
  • Offer detailed information regarding retirement account specifics, transactions, products, and application statuses.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in operations by addressing escalated client concerns.
  • Utilize leadership capabilities to contribute towards team objectives.
  • Employ computer-based systems to navigate and resolve intricate issues.
  • Establish and manage client expectations for issue resolution within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in retirement product management.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced understanding of business operations, processes, services, and internal protocols.
