About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Growth Representative to join our Outside Sales Team. This is an opportunity for limitless earning potential, exciting challenges, and the chance to make an impact in the HVAC industry.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Promoting and selling HVAC products to new and existing customers through on-site visits, assessments, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Evaluating client HVAC needs and providing customized sales proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements with clients to close sales deals.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and different software programs.
  • A valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in B2B sales, proficiency in CRM software, and knowledge of the HVAC industry would be beneficial.
