Senior Enterprise Customer Advocate

We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our customer success efforts at Comulate. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth for our enterprise clients.
- This role requires strategic planning, relationship-building, and process improvement.
- You'll work closely with our sales and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business outcomes.
- You'll be responsible for communicating the value of Comulate to our customers, quantifying successes, and sharing best practices.
- You'll partner with our champions to understand their needs and tailor solutions that meet their expectations.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B customer success, support, and implementation roles.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- You're a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
- You're a strong communicator, able to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- You're proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Estimated annual salary: $130,000
