Customer Experience Advocate

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team The estimated salary for this role is $30-$40 per hour.
About the Position:In this role, you'll be responsible for managing support tickets and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with the team to develop deep expertise in the product and support processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus points if you have experience working in technical startups or with emerging technologies.
As a Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing support tickets and responding to customer inquiries.
- Investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborating with the team to create playbooks for troubleshooting and triaging new issues.
