About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Relevance AI in San Francisco. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic account planning, relationship-building, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to customers, showcasing the value and impact of our solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.
  • A proactive, customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
