We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Relevance AI in San Francisco. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic account planning, relationship-building, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively monitor customer health and engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to customers, showcasing the value and impact of our solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.
- A proactive, customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
