About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing multi-million-dollar deals in the healthcare space with enterprise payers and health systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early to mid-stage startup environments and possess a comprehensive understanding of healthcare market dynamics and challenges.

  • Craft and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with payers and health systems.
  • Guide potential clients through a comprehensive understanding of their business needs, aligning them with Kintsugi's offerings.

Compensation: $165K - $175K + Commissions (estimated $300k OTE)
