Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Hartgrove Behavioral Health System. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director with the implementation of our comprehensive community relations program/marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the referral development/sales process to obtain new business and retain current business.
  • Develop and maintain accurate marketing information and account management information.
  • Manage special events on and off campus to promote Hartgrove Behavioral Health System and Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital as a progressive behavioral health system with commitment to the community.
  • Write and edit internal and external communications, including marketing materials and website content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Nursing, or related field required; Master's Degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five to seven years of experience in a marketing position, of which at least 4 years should be in a healthcare setting.
  • Three years in a supervisory position.
  • Previous marketing experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
