Job Title: Director of Business Development

Genesys Works is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our efforts in Chicago. This role will be responsible for building and deepening relationships with senior executives at existing and new corporate partners, developing a solid understanding of their talent strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to secure new business and grow existing partnerships
  • Research and identify new corporate partners and prospects, leveraging champions from our current partners and the Genesys Works Chicago Board
  • Present solutions to stakeholders and prospective partners to assist in the sales process
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in sales or business development with a strong record of accomplishment of new account development and account growth
  • Experience selling human capital solutions or management services to corporate clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure, a strong sense of accountability, and attention to detail
