Position Summary

Are you equipped to excel as a Retail Account Manager with Acosta Group? This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in independent work environments, possess strong sales capabilities, and can swiftly cultivate relationships with store management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary objective will be to enhance sales performance through impeccable shelf execution and product availability for Gillette. This entails:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships to increase the visibility of Gillette products.
  • Addressing stock shortages and implementing effective merchandising strategies.
  • Utilizing data analytics to identify challenges and develop actionable plans across a territory of up to 40 retail locations.
  • Traveling as required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) is preferred.
  • A proven track record in relationship management and sales enhancement.
  • A proactive approach to resolving shelf availability challenges at the retail level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Excellent presentation abilities, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
