ServiceNet is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team, focusing on individuals recovering from substance use disorders. This role is essential in fostering a supportive environment at our recovery facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a safe and health-oriented atmosphere conducive to recovery.
- Promote peer support among residents to enhance their recovery journey.
- Assist residents in accessing necessary resources to meet their therapeutic and personal recovery objectives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A background in substance addiction services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to connecting individuals with essential services.
- A high school diploma (or GED); additional education in a related field is advantageous.
- LADC/CADAC certification is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with local social, vocational, and medical services.
Work Schedule:
Our schedule includes:
- Sunday and Monday: 7am - 3pm
- Tuesday: 8am - 4pm
- Wednesday: 3pm - 11pm
- Friday: 8am - 4pm
Flexibility may be required to meet program needs.
