As an Operations Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting engineers with maintenance documentation
  • Supporting the engineering team by processing all documentation provided by customers and manufacturers
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external data requirements
  • Collaborating with team leaders and managers to enhance processes and procedures for improved efficiency
  • Coordinating and supporting research and development projects; preparing feasibility studies related to planning and engineering
  • Administering all organizational activities within the Planning and Engineering unit and providing operational assistance
  • Compiling reports for various organizational levels, including international management
  • Providing data entry support

To excel in this role, you should possess:
