Job Overview


Roofing Strategy Advisor
As a Roofing Strategy Advisor, you will leverage advanced technology, including drone inspections and traditional methods, to assess roofing issues and guide homeowners on optimal solutions for roof repair or replacement. In cases where insurance claims are pursued, you will assist clients throughout the claims process until a resolution is achieved. If insurance is not a viable option, you will present various retail purchasing and financing alternatives to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging in-person sales presentations in line with company standards
  • Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system on a daily basis
  • Maintain an organized schedule and be punctual for appointments
  • Participate in team meetings and stay informed about industry trends
  • Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Mentor and train fellow sales representatives
  • Address and resolve escalated customer service concerns
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets consistently

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience in the roofing sector (insurance and retail)
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Willingness to travel; valid driver's license with a clean record required
  • Proven ability to handle objections and work within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Physical capability to navigate various terrains and heights safely
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with tablets and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; roofing installation certification preferred
  • Goal-driven and reliable
