Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to take on the role of Inbound Life Insurance Sales Consultant. This position provides a unique opportunity to help customers identify the ideal life insurance solutions tailored to their specific requirements. All interactions are inbound, ensuring a warm and engaging experience for both the consultant and the client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 12-17 incoming calls daily from potential clients interested in life insurance products.
- Assess customer needs and suggest suitable coverage options.
- Educate clients on different life insurance policies and their benefits.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve or surpass sales objectives and performance metrics.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using sales software and databases.

Qualifications:
- A proven history of success in sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Willingness to acquire necessary licenses and certifications (support provided by the company).
- Clean background check required.
- Computer literacy is essential.

- Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with most holidays off and no weekend shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:
- This is a 1099 position/Self Employed with potential for unlimited earnings.
- First-year income potential ranges from $100,000 to $300,000 based on performance and sales achievements.
- On average, agents earn $9,500 monthly, with top performers exceeding $18,000.
