Role Overview
As a Roofing Consultant, you will leverage your expertise, thorough site assessments, and advanced technology to guide homeowners in making informed decisions regarding their roofing and skylight needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver personalized sales solutions in alignment with company protocols and standards.
2. Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system.
3. Maintain an organized calendar, ensuring punctuality for appointments and responsiveness to client inquiries.
4. Participate in departmental meetings and stay updated on sales strategies, product offerings, and industry developments.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
6. Share expertise and assist in the training of fellow sales team members.
7. Address and resolve escalated customer service concerns.
8. Achieve or surpass established sales objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the roofing sector (insurance and retail experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel.
- Proven ability to navigate objections and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Professional presentation skills for sales pitches.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Capability to walk long distances and ascend stairs safely.
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with tablets, specifically Apple iPads, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent; roofing installation experience or certification is a plus.
- Dependable and goal-oriented.
