Roofing Advisor
As a Roofing Advisor, you will leverage advanced technology, including drones and visual inspections, to assess roof conditions and provide homeowners with informed recommendations for repair or replacement. Should the homeowner choose to file an insurance claim, you will assist them throughout the claims process until a resolution is reached. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging in-person sales presentations in line with company standards
  • Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Maintain an organized schedule and respond promptly to clients and colleagues
  • Participate in team meetings and stay informed on product knowledge and market trends
  • Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience in the roofing industry, including insurance and retail
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Willingness to travel; must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to navigate objections and work effectively within a short sales cycle
  • Proficient in delivering professional sales presentations
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
  • Physical capability to walk long distances and ascend ladders and roofs safely
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Team-oriented, working well within a sales crew
  • Familiarity with tablets and Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; roofing installation certification is a plus
  • Goal-driven and reliable
