Business Application Consultant for N. Harris Computer Corporation - CAD
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Application Consultant to join our team at N. Harris Computer Corporation - CAD. As a Business Application Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing software solutions for clients in the Utility industry.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality implementation services with a focus on customer satisfaction, business acumen, and project management
- Progress into a lead delivery role by starting with testing and configuration, then moving to training and discovery
- Align client requirements with industry best practices to enhance efficiency using N. Harris Computer Corporation - CAD solutions
- Provide insights on implementation best practices and participate in process improvement cycles
- Foster relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the Utilities industry or application consulting in a software environment
- Experience working with business and IT groups
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions quickly
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects independently and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Utilities industry or with Utility Billing and CIS applications
- Knowledge of N. Harris Computer Corporation - CAD CIS and add-on applications
