Role Overview:
The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for establishing rapport with customers and presenting suitable vehicle options along with aftermarket products and financing solutions. A thorough understanding of our vehicle lineup, performance standards, inventory, and accessories is essential, along with a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and create a comfortable environment, whether in person, over the phone, or via online chat.
  • Assist customers in identifying the ideal vehicle from our inventory that meets their needs, utilizing strong communication and listening skills.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and achieve personal growth and sales targets.
  • Accompany customers on test drives as necessary.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to encourage repeat business and networking.
  • Learn effective closing techniques – training will be provided.
  • Complete all necessary sales documentation for tags, titles, financing, etc., efficiently and promptly.
  • Create engaging walk-around videos to share with customers.

Qualifications:
  • Outgoing and engaging personality – a true people person.
  • Sales experience in other sectors is advantageous.
  • No prior dealership experience is required; we provide training.
  • Strong ambition and a proven track record of success.
  • Solid work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to set and meet goals.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
