Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Analyst to join our team at NYU Langone Health. The successful candidate will provide pre- and post-award grant support, working closely with research teams and sponsors to process awards and track new and active grants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain award setups, including budgets and reconciliation
  • Provide pre- and post-award support to research teams and sponsors
  • Review budgets for compliance with NYULH and sponsor policies
  • Coordinate with PIs, departments, and OSR Contracts to ensure subcontract setup and management
  • Facilitate interactions with RDM and funding agencies, foundations, and philanthropies
  • Track and report on new and active awards
  • Participate in the implementation and upgrade of the RNAV grant/contract system
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of grants administration experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize work effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
