About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Strategic Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at ApTask. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for owning the P&L of the customer relationship and driving strategic value creation aligned to the vision and priorities of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exponential account growth in previous roles and be able to establish themselves as a trusted advisor with client C-suite members. You will also possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with stakeholders, internal & external, through virtual mode.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the P&L of the customer relationship - Drive sales, revenue, and profitability, through innovative win-win solutions
  • Managing the entire sales lifecycle, Thorough knowledge of sales methodologies. Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals.
  • Developing a robust pipeline and driving market share by securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing opportunities with existing and new clients.
Requirements
  • A consistent track record of exponential account growth in your previous roles.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite showcasing an in-depth understanding of the industry and the customer's ecosystem and building deep trust-based relationships.
  • Should be able to Interact with client senior decision makers about their strategic growth objectives and articulating our capabilities and success stories to directly match their needs.
