Management Consulting at Teneo

Our Management Consulting division focuses on answering key strategic questions for business leaders through rigorous analysis, combined with the expertise that exists across Teneo.

Teneo's Private Equity Growth Practice

We work closely with leading technology investors and their portfolio companies on due diligence and value creation initiatives.

The Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President to join our Private Equity Growth practice. As a Senior Vice President, you will lead and manage multiple complex engagements and their case teams, develop junior members of the team, and support Managing Directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple complex cases and case teams
  • Work with case teams to develop solutions and refine them with clients
  • Present output confidently and engagingly to clients
  • Liaise with senior clients, empathizing with their issues and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Identify and pursue on-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support Managing Directors in new Business Development
  • Contribute to the growth of the PEG practice

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategy or Management Consulting
  • Demonstrated specialization in growth strategy for Private Equity backed technology businesses
  • Experience supporting Business Development in a consulting environment
  • Full lifecycle of Private Equity consulting experience
  • Teamwork, leadership, and ambition
  • Fast-paced operation with influence and challenge skills
  • Immediate positive impression
  • Error-free reports and written work
  • Skillful negotiation and relationship maintenance
  • Proactive task-taking

Estimated Salary Range: $240,000 - $255,000

Bonus eligible with total compensation package including annualized bonus, 401k match, healthcare coverage, and additional benefits.

Flexible Work Policy

Hybrid arrangement with in-person collaboration when possible and expected office attendance of three times a week for New York and San Francisco offices.
