Job Overview
The risk management framework within our organization is structured to ensure effective governance and risk oversight that is systematic, transparent, credible, timely, and verifiable. This is achieved through a clear definition and execution of essential roles and responsibilities.

The primary objective is to evaluate and manage various risks that could potentially affect the organization, including credit, financial, liquidity, market, operational, reputational, strategic, and other relevant risks.

The Enterprise Risk Management Specialist will collaborate with their designated Line of Business, alongside other Risk Professionals and Managers, to create, implement, maintain, review, or supervise a robust risk management framework tailored to their specific function.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in initiatives that ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Identify vulnerabilities and propose solutions to mitigate losses stemming from insufficient internal processes, systems, or human errors.
- Proactively identify, respond to, and escalate risks as necessary.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures aimed at maximizing profitability while minimizing regulatory risks.
- Act as a liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience.
- Relevant professional certifications.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- In-depth understanding of the operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls of the business line.
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and financial services trends impacting the assigned line of business.
- Ability to build and lead a team of Business Risk professionals who establish credibility and work closely with business line management.
- Familiarity with Business Risk competencies.
- Strong process facilitation and project management abilities.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Well-developed analytical capabilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Business acumen to help the business line proactively address evolving workforce needs.
- Proficient in computer navigation, particularly in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
- Prior experience with Access Management Role and Entitlement Management.
- Understanding of ATM Lifecycle and System of Record reporting.
- Knowledge of Operational Loss Reporting.

Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, requiring in-office attendance for three or more days per week, with the option to work remotely on other days.

The salary range for this position is reflective of the primary location. Actual compensation may vary based on the specific location of the role.
