We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. This role focuses on the development and implementation of tailored insurance solutions for M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized insurance policies that address specific merger and acquisition risks.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of M&A agreements from an insurance risk perspective to ensure comprehensive liability coverage.
  • Verify the accuracy of liability assumptions based on contractual agreements between involved parties.
  • Assess the offsetting of liabilities against assets and ensure compliance with lender insurance requirements.
  • Analyze risks associated with changes in corporate control.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $350,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. Enjoy a work-life balance with weekends and evenings free from interruptions.
