Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Childcare Front Office/Float Teacher. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate staff member, and provide general office support
  • Manage daily classroom attendance, update parent app as needed, and maintain inventory of supplies
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, emailing, and filing
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and children, responding to their inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year office support experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
