We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Childcare Front Office/Float Teacher. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to parents, children, and staff members
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, emailing, and filing
- Maintain accurate records, including daily classroom attendance and parent app updates
- Perform inventory management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Support teaching staff with tasks such as giving breaks and planning times as needed
- Minimum of 1 year office support experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
