- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact authority.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with active licensure and registration by the Virginia Board of Nurse Examiners.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in behavioral health.
- Knowledge of general addictions and psychiatric nursing process, therapeutic relationships and processes, age-specific growth and development, limit setting crisis and behavior management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
