Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Activities: Manage sales activities to achieve/exceed gross profit objectives, including account and territory planning, monthly forecasting, coordinating resources, and building partner channels.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports and records, analyzing sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of selling experience in the IT space (or related) with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to generate effective business-to-business sales relationships, and ability to recognize sales opportunities.
