Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for addressing incoming sales calls, providing customers with information about their vehicle purchase, and maintaining accurate notes in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities- Address Incoming Sales Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our vehicles and services.
- Provide Customer Support: Assist customers with their vehicle purchase, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain CRM Notes: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and vehicle sales.
- Meet Sales Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous Call Center Experience: Strongly preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual: A plus, but not required.
- Professional Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-Oriented: Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic Computer Skills: Must have basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems.
