Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM professional to join our team at Programmers. As a Workday HCM Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Advance Compensation, Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Advance Compensation, Security.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports in HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and other related modules.
  • Create and load data using EIB in HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members on Workday HCM implementation and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for Workday HCM.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday HCM features and functionality.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and nested functions.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new modules and technologies.
