Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Computer Science.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, with a focus on Workday.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong technical skills, including experience with Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and data management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing remote teams.
