Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Analysis: Evaluate existing HR systems, identify gaps, and assess the feasibility of transitioning to an HCM cloud solution.
  • Solution Recommendations: Propose best practices and configurations for the HCM cloud platform, along with preparing comprehensive reports and implementation plans.

Role Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of extensive consulting experience in implementing SAP and SuccessFactors solutions for Core HR and Payroll.
  • Experience in multiple on-premise to SuccessFactors transformation projects as a solution architect.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, processes, and regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in coordinating both technical and non-technical teams.
