Overview

Skye, Inc., DBA Skai, is looking for a highly skilled Holding Company Agency Partner to lead our growth initiatives across North America. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive business results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new revenue streams. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, adaptability, and resilience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Holding Companies, including WPP, Dentsu, IPG, Havas, and OMD
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Represent Skai with client partners, third parties, and at industry events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of online sales/sales management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Holding Company sales experience in SaaS, AdTech, Digital Media
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and objection handling skills
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills

Compensation:

  • $110,000-$150,000 annual salary range (dependent on experience)
  • Ongoing commission-based performance incentives
