- Develop and execute a comprehensive agency sales strategy to build and scale partnerships with independent agencies.
- Establish strong relationships with agency partners to drive revenue growth and client success.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of agency-focused solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, agency development, or partnerships, with a focus on performance marketing, programmatic advertising, or commerce media (retail media preferred).
- Proven track record of building and leading revenue-generating sales and partnership teams.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex relationships, driving incremental revenue, and scaling partnership programs.
