Job Summary: The Agency Partnerships and Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive agency sales strategy to scale partnerships with independent agencies, driving revenue growth and client success. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and commerce media ecosystems, as well as strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive agency sales strategy to build and scale partnerships with independent agencies.
  • Establish strong relationships with agency partners to drive revenue growth and client success.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of agency-focused solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, agency development, or partnerships, with a focus on performance marketing, programmatic advertising, or commerce media (retail media preferred).
  • Proven track record of building and leading revenue-generating sales and partnership teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex relationships, driving incremental revenue, and scaling partnership programs.
Compensation: Salary range $144,800-181,000 per year, based on location and experience.
