Business Development Manager

CAR Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services for independent auto dealers. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with auto dealers, customizing programs to meet their needs, and creating a quarterly business development plan to drive revenue growth.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with auto dealers.
- Customize financial programs to meet the needs of auto dealers.
- Create a quarterly business development plan to drive revenue growth.
- Attend local, state, and national auto dealer association shows, auctions, and functions.
- Work with regional service centers to provide quality service to dealers.
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in the auto finance or insurance industry.
- Previous high achievement in financial sales is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
